Cancellation policy

We aim to operate fairly and openly, following the principles of good business practice. Reflecting the considerable costs and inconvenience incurred as a result of patients not attending for scheduled appointments, our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • We politely ask that you give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to change your appointment
  • Please be aware that a cancellation fee of $150.00 will be added to your account if this notice period is not adhered to and we are unable to re-book the time allocated to you
  • We understand that situations may occasionally arise that make it impossible for you to give 24 hours' notice - each missed or broken appointment will therefore be given individual consideration. Your appointment attendance history may be taken into account in this regard
